1. How do I use eCoupons.com?

Browse through eCoupons.com to find the latest Coupons and Deals from leading Internet Retailers. If you find something you like, click on the link associated with Coupon or Deal.

2. How do I use an eCoupon or Coupon Code?

Click on the link to the Coupon or Deal you're interested in. If the a Coupon Code is not specified, it is embedded in the link and will appear when you Checkout. If a Coupon Code is specified, Copy and Paste the code into the Merchant's shopping cart when you checkout. Your discount should appear after you Apply the Coupon Code or in next Checkout page.

3. Why didn't the Coupon work?

There are a variety of reasons why a Coupon may not work. Sometimes the redemption limit for a Coupon has been met or the Merchant may have pulled the promotion. We try our best to specify expiration dates for Coupons and remove them when they are no longer valid. If you notice that a Coupon has expired or does not work, please let us know! Just email us and let us know. By doing so, you'll be helping the entire eCoupons.com Community.

4. What is Cashback and how do I get?

eCoupons.com has partnered with leading Internet Retailers to give our members Cashback when they make a purchase with participating Stores. In order to receive your Cashback, you must first Signup for eCoupons.com, Log into eCoupons.com and click on a link associated with the participating Merchant. For example, if you're interested in receiving Cashback from Lenovo ThinkPad:

(1) Signup for eCoupons.com
(2) You'll be automatically logged into your account.
(3) Click on any Qualifying Merchant. These Merchants will be listed on eCoupons.com with a %.
(4) Make a purchase of your choice :-)

Please note: Your Shopping Cart will NOT reflect the eCoupons Cashback offer. Cashback is being offered exclusively by eCoupons.com and is soley our responsibility. If you have questions regarding your Cashback, please open a Support Ticket. The participating merchant will not be able to answer your questions regarding eCoupons.com Cashback.

5. Do I need to register my credit card to receive eCoupons.com Cashback?

No.

6. Can I receive Cashback for purchases I made before becoming a member of eCoupons.com?

No. You must signup as a member of eCoupons.com, login to your account and then click on a participating Merchant's link to activate eCoupons.com Cashback.

7. How long does it take for Cashback to appear in my eCoupons.com account?

Usually, your order or transaction will appear in your eCoupons.com within 7 days after your order has been shipped. If the order or transaction has not appeared in your account, see My order has not appeared under Cashback. What should I do?

8. When will I receive my Cashback?

You can request your Cashback 75 days after your purchase. You can choose to receive your Cashback via Check or PayPal. Simply, Login to eCoupons.com and click on View Transactions. When you have a Ready Balance, you can request a payment. Confirm your payment preference and address if needed and you should receive payment within 5-7 Business Days.

9. My order has not appeared under Cashback. What should I do?

Please open a Support Ticket and include the following information:
(1) The name of the store you placed your order.
(2) The OrderID or Order Number.
(3) The amount of your order. Please include the amount BEFORE shipping and taxes.
(4) The date your order was placed and was shipped.
(5) A description of your order.
(6) Your name and eCoupons Username

A customer service representative will investigate and will update you on the status of the ticket. Please make sure you add automated@ecoupons.com to your addressbook or email allow list to ensure contact.

10. How do I refer a friend?

You can refer a friend in two ways.

(1) Refer a Friend via email.
(2) Refer a Friend via your website.

To receive your $1 referral bonus, your friend must log into eCoupons and make a purchase with any eCoupons Merchant.

11. There is a lot of missing text on eCoupons.com, what's going on?
