I will never do business with this company again. I intentionally wanted to use this website to order my best friends wedding shower favors because of the great reviews it had. Man was I wrong. After a long time of deciding what favors we wanted to buy we went ahead and ordered. The page said they were guranteed IN STOCK and were to be shipped out the following Thursday. So a few days before the shower and I still had not recieved them I went online to check status of deliver. However their website was down so I called, I was on hold for exactly 25 minutes. When someone finally picked up and I asked about the status of my order, she said oh we dont have those in stock! I told her that the page had said GURANTEED in stock, she said "well all of our items have that." UMM FALSE ADVERTISMENT! She was very unprofessional, and then only having a couple days until the shower i was stock having to go to party city to get the favors!
